new board compatible by arduino uno, please help

hi friends
I need to design a board and need to be power with usb and can be programmed, controlled with pc
i have the schematic of Arduino uno but I don't have the bootloder for atmega16u2 and atmega328p boot loader latest files
can anyone help?
