Missing Additional Board Manager in 1.7.9

Using Arduino IDE 1.x

Hi all, just installed 1.7.9 on windows 8.1 and in preferences there is no Additional Board Manager field. Just have the last checkbox for Saving when verifying and then the text about more preferences can be edited...

something i am missing?

I uninstalled 1.7.9 and installed 1.6.8. Good to go now. Not sure what the 1.7.9 is.

1.7.9 is arduino.org IDE

1.6.8 is Arduino,cc IDE, this forum.
