Hmm. No installer, eh? And no real download/install instructions, either 
Assuming windows, download the .zip file from SimulIDE: Downloads, right-click on it and "uncompress all." Navigate down the directory it creates and double-click the "run_simulide.bat" that you find. If windows gives you a warning that has only a "don't run" button, find the "more info" clickable text and click that, at which point you should get a "run anyway" sort of button.
