I ordered an arduino starter kit for my youngest son and the Arduino never shipped despite the expected DELIVERY date of December 21st. The order still says processing indicating that Arduino never shipped the product. I submitted a message on the user support form and have not received a response for 3 days. The order number is ORDER #200009989. I would appreciate some follow-up. Has anyone had such a negative experience with Arduino.
