For building a case, I would like to know:

What are the exact dimensions of the latest Arduino Mega 2560 R3?

I need dimensions in mm: length, width, height (with and without headers)

On the web, I found differing information, possibly due to rounding errors when converting from inches.

Just installed EAGLE (for the first time), loaded the reference design, and measured: 102×54 mm

Indeed, these drawings are nice! The dimensions match closely what I got with EAGLE.
