Could someone clarify how to connect these?

So I'm looking to add a touch screen to my project. I'm looking at this one 2.8 18-bit color TFT LCD with touchscreen breakout board [ILI9325] : ID 335 : $40.00 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits

It says that you can add one of these http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/H3AAH-2006G/H3AAH-2006G-ND/1218466?cur=USD

But, Honestly, I'm not quiet sure how to achieve this, I want to keep all of my boards in an enclosure, and have this screen able to be remote accessed. Thanks for any clarification guys.

The pin headers on the display would "plug-in" to the cable instead of the breadboard. Pin headers would then be used on a circuit card (or breadboard) to connect the cable.
