3.2" TFT LCD DISPLAY

Hi guys,

I was planning to use the 3.2" TFT LCD TOUCH screen for my project. But i am very new to graphical lcd's. So can anyone refer any site or any pdf document i could refer to for learning about the lcd. Specifcally, I wanted to know what is the graphics card it uses and what is the ram size of it?? And what S/W package do use to design the graphics like illustrator or Adobe phoyoshop etc. etc.

Have a look at 4D Systems, they have a range of LCDs that only need a serial connection. They also have GUI design software although I'm not sure exactly what it does.

And a further reason to use them is that avenue33 (a member) has written a library to do al sorts of things with these displays.
