Once you have upgraded you may have to connect it via ethernet and check your router for where the YUN's IP is and enter the setting page via that IP.
I left it connected via ETHERNET and then checked and upgraded any other packages whilst I was there.
IIRC I had to do it that way too but once I was back in it was easy to get it set back up again.
