I have instaled the arduino support and Its work normaly but I cant exceed 490 HZ ; I know that normal because I see it in MATLAB help but I musst exceed that value for more control of my MOTOR

You have some mysterious code on the Arduino.
You have some mysterious code in MatLab.
You have some mysterious motor that you are trying to control.
You have some mysterious motor controller between the Arduino and the motor.
And, you want us to tell you what the problem is.
Can you imagine that that would be impossible?
