new Library for DFPlayer Mini Mp3 module

I created a new library that reduces the ram and code to interface to the DFPlayer Mini Mp3 module.

I could not find the instructions of where to register new libraries so they get automatically updated when I publish new releases; so I am posting here :wink:

Could you possibly help me to get your library to work with the Due? It seems like a better library but the DfRobot library does not work for Due either, something about the serial port configuration gives compiler errors that I haven't been able to solve yet.
