Is there a more recently updated alternative to Hairless MIDI?

I'm currently making a dissertation project which I was relying on Hairless MIDI for, but after updating my Mac to Catalina, it appears that Hairless is outdated and will not load on the Mac.
Do we have any good alternatives?

Because the upgrade no longer supports 32 bit applications only 64. Which is the reason why I am not upgrading. It is part of Apple’s campaign to turn the Mac into an applications only machine.

It just should need recompiling so you could open up an issue on the GitHub page of Hairless and request an update.
