RFID Data logger

I'm trying to make an RFID data logger using the Arduino uno, a 3-pin small speaker shield, the data logging shield that fits right on top of the uno, and a 125 Khz rfid reading coil that attaches to another shield that attaches to the logging shield. I have only been able to find one similar type of project that uses the same parts. It was posted by Proto-pic on youtube. It doesn't give any schematic or program. I need to know how to wire all the parts together and make a program for the device. Nothing i have found uses a buzzer/speaker. I'm not sure what libraries i need to install either. I need this device to be able to read the exact time and date of an rfid tag being scanned and it's serial number and log it. Also, I want it to play a short sound every time a tag is scanned. I really need help in making this, as it is for an attendance tracking system for a club that I'm involved in. I have very little experience and I can't find anything good elsewhere on the internet. Thanks

these are the parts:

Thank you for pointing that out. I still have some unanswered questions:

where would i be able to integrate the code for the buzzer?

what libraries do I need to install and where can I find them?

how will the buzzer be wired in?

still confused on the wiring...

(very little experience, sorry)

Have you written any sketches of your own yet?

.

nope

In which case you should try before attempting anything faintly complex. This is an other example of trying to fly before you can crawl.

Do some examples, work through the ones in the IDE. Change them and see how they affect how they work. Then decide how you want them changing and learn how to do that.

Under normal circumstances I would completely agree but I need this for a club and it's kinda urgent.

Then in that case post this in the Gigs and Collaborations section of the forum and get your wallet out.
