Have you researched the Adafruit tutorials on NeoPixels?
Have you looked at the example code that comes with the libiary you are using?

Why don't you try the simplest example there is, see what it does, and if it lights your LEDs?
That way, hopefully, you'll start to see what does what, and you'll learn something.

I am not sure what sort of help you are expecting then.
For sure there is no point in doing something for you because what ever we do you won’t be able to understand it.
So your choices seem to be either start to try and understand stuff, and we can help you to do that, or give up on this hobby because it is not for you.
