Hi I've been having trouble uploading sketches to my Leonardo. It was working fine about a week ago, but now whenever I upload a sketch, I get this error message

Problem uploading to board. See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.
The troubleshooting guide didn't really help at all.
As I've been using arduino for maybeeee 2 weeks now, this is very confusing and frustrating. What is a
.avrdude? Why is it mad at the butterflies?
Now when i upload code to my UNO, i get a similar error message, but the code is uploaded. The IDE will noT let me copy this code, because it ends up uploading onto the arduino. I have included the error (not error?) messages for the UNO as screenshots in the attachments.
(please do not spam "THIS IS THE WRONG POSTING PROCEDURE READ THIS POST LOSER DURRRRRRRRRRRRRFJSDKHFJKSDGNKJ" if i should include this in another way.)
I would really appreciate some help on this. should I reinstall the IDE? Buy a new Leonardo? Get a new cable?
Please & Thank you
