Did I fry my board? External Power + USB

Hello,
Im using an Arduino nano and I plugged the board via usb into my pc. Lazy me then connected the external power (5v 22A) to the 5V pin (Ground to Ground), and the board shutdown. Now it wouldnt turn on when I connect it via USB and when the TX, POW and L light are on (TX is red, POW is green). Did I kill the usb connector?
Thanks for your help
