Where can i find any examples and/or library on how to use this data logger from aliexpress.com :

What have you actually looked for? Have you looked for a library to drive an SD card, or to drive a RTC or have you just looked for data on a chinese shield? That I can assure you will put you on a route to nowhere.

In your IDE under libraries there are libraries for SD card and for DS1307 RTC, which is what is fitted. Look at the markings on the chips.
