Give someone some experience with these soft : TTS (text to speech), Contarino, Talkie, μSpeech and this working with Arduino

I would like to speak my robot and answers without shield

Feel free. Just don't expect it to do any more than listen politely. Though you'll be hard-pressed to tell that from it having fallen asleep.

I use a software called "BitVoicer" it costs only 3€ and is really really good.
You can create your file that recognizes your words and comunicate with arduino through serial port.
The best part is that you can speak normally without articulate words or speaking slow
