I dunno. I think there's a big difference between "content produced for kids", and technical content posted that some kids might be interested in. Arduino-related content might be interesting to some, but I doubt that it'd ever be classified as "produced for kids." Model trains is slightly more ambiguous, but unless you feature 8-y olds playing with Tomas the Tank Engine models, you PROBABLY don't count as "creating content for kids." I'd doubt that any non-monetized accounts are really applicable...
