I have programmed atmega328P on Arduino uno with simple blink, moved it to breadboard and made same connection as the website shows. But when I run it the LEd blinks only few times and then turns off.
any idea why is it doing it ? If I put back on arduino uno board it works fine.

What website? There are lots of them. Anyway:-
It must not be the same.
Or
It could also be bad connections on the bread board.
Or some of your bread board parts are faulty.
