Hardware for a small auger to move small amounts of powder or sand?

Any off-the-shelf miniature auger hardware out there? I'm looking to move some powder, small particles, sand through a small tube with a stepper motor. Small volume, tube maybe 1/2" in diameter, screw inside that to move the material.

Off-the-shelf you'd look for a "powder trickler" used with gun cartridge reloading.

The simplest small auger would be a compression spring. Cut off one end so it ends in the proper spiral and glue the other end to an RC servo horn, etc.
