hi when I try to connect my MK1000 chip to my computer I select the board but it says the device isn't recognized I tried reinstalling the ide but that did not help the port button is grayed out
how do I fix this?
There is a section specific to the MKR1000.
May I also recommend you read the posts near the top of the forum as they tell you what information will be useful to those trying to help you.
I presume you have installed the boards package for the MKR series in whatever OS you are using and said YES to any drivers that were offered ?
