Hi, I have also suffered a lot of issues with flashing that model of ESP. For me following this tutorial solved the problem (besides that i had to connect RX and TX pins without a voltage divider, which is not recommended since the ESP is not 5V tolerant, but it was the only thing that worked for me.)
