Need urgent help with saving the data to cloud using GPS and GSM modules

A response will be greatly appreciated
I've been given a task to save the data coming from gps module (SIM28) using GPRS connection of GSM module (SIM800). I was able to acquire the data from gps module and serially print it but big problem is that I'm not understanding AT commands for GPRS connection and hence saving the data on cloud. Please help me with this.
