No upload to Arduino Uno?

I see from the welcome message that the Uno is a supported board. However, when I go to select it, there's no port available, so I can't actually upload to it. Is that expected behavior? I would think not...

Any suggestions?

Hi @Pturner94018,

That's strange, would you be able to get the USB ID's of the board:

  1. On the Chromebook open a Chrome browser
  2. Press CTRL-ALT-t to open a crosh terminal
  3. Type in: shell
  4. Type in: lsusb

Then please provide us with the output of the "lsusb" command above.

Have you tried to upload to any other boards? Would you be able to share a screenshot of what Create shows for the port selection on the Chromebook?

Had same problem. Unplugged and replugged UNO after opening the sketch helped out, could upload after doing that.
