Anyone have any experience with this sensor? So far the outputs only change if the distance is like 1 inch.
This is a classic part, easy to use. Hook 5V [and not 3.3V] to the +V pin, and hook the output
pin to an A/D channel. That easy. Measures out to several feet. Check the datasheet, as
there is a foldover of the output voltage for short distances [under about 4", IIRC].
