DC voltage Calculation

I have the a voltage from an oscilloscope as I make a full revolution of a DC brushed motor. I want to get a speed calculation from this. Is this possible with a voltage reading relative to time. Again, I, humanly, completed one revolution of the tire and record the voltage over time.

I would answer this if I understood a) what you actually did and b) what you want to know.

Might just be me, but I think this calls for a bit of a better explanation.
