Difference between elapsed real time and elapsed time with TimeLib's now()

My debug commands/prints are sent via the micro-USB serial port.

The hardware serial port (pins RX/TX) is connected to the Sigfox card, and the software serial port (pins 10/11) is connected to my data source.

I'll try switching them up.
