Uploading hex file in arduino Due without Arduino ide

Hello,
Is it possible to upload hex files in Arduino Due without using Arduino IDE ?

This is possible with this software for AVR 8 bits controllers (but not for Due) : http://xloader.russemotto.com/
Is there a way to do the same with Due ?

On avr's uploading is normally done by avr-dude on the arm's boards it is done by bossac.
