Arduino UNO + Arduino GSM Shield Problem

I just bought an UNO SMD Rev3 and GSM Shield R3.

I'm getting a little bit frustrated. Here's my problem...

Before anything else I already read some threads before posting and i have tried these solutions:

  1. gsmAccess.begin(PINNUMBER,false)
  2. switched to different network/sims
  3. use an adaptor to add power

And still got this

I read one thread that the worst case might be the network won't allow my arduino to connect (IMEI block?)

EDIT:

And why do i always gets this error when trying to use PinManagement even though my sim/pin/puk is not locked. I can use my sim in my handset without problem

PIN & PUK locked. Use PIN2/PUK2 in a mobile phone.

Never mind just a third world problem

Hi,

This response: 116 19>AT+CGREG?%13%%13%%10%+CGREG: 0,3%13%%10%%13%%10%OK%13%%10%, indicates that your SIM is not accepted in the operator network for a GPRS connection. You have to contact with your operator.

The second response: 59 90>AT+CGREG?%13%%13%%10%+CGREG: 0,2%13%%10%%13%%10%OK%13%%10% means that your SIM is trying to register in the network, but hasn't finished yet. This problem could be a lack of signal or a problem with your operator.

Don't use PinManagement, it not work fine. Use commands AT directly for manage PIN and PUK codes.

Thanks for the reply don't mind the 2 errors i just realized that my Sim doesn't have enough credits. I thought GSM Shield works like a mobile phone that still connects even without credit.

Thanks for the suggestion about PinManagement
