Title: legal issue of using arduino for making a new product
Post by: MikeLuo on Jan 22, 2014, 09:20 pm
hi guys:
I have some question about the legal issue of using Arduino Pro Mini as the base of product. Is there any legal statement or license  I can read about it before I submit the PCB layout?

Well, you may want to make the project open-source to contemplate the Arduino, or state that an Arduino is used in it. The Intel Edison is being used as a baby monitor, though. http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/do-it-yourself/edison.html
