Title: Cannot Connect to new Device
Post by: trevorstanhope on May 09, 2015, 03:14 am
When I plug in the Due over USB (to the Programming microUSB) the ON led activates as well as the L led, which both stay solid on. However, I cannot find the device's port in the IDE, nor is it showing up when I execute 'lsusb'. I have downloaded the 1.6.4 version from arduino.cc, but only executed the program as a binary. Are there libraries which I may be missing for my laptop to recognized the Due device?

I am running Debian 7.3 32bit

Did you "install" the Due in the IDE "Boards Manager"? After version1.6, the support is not installed by default.
