Title: Power supply question.

Are there any tutorials you guys can suggest me reading or watching for connecting multiple components to an Arduino, and multiple bread boards? I want to connect a MQ-131 gas sensor(MQ-131 (https://www.amazon.com/Sensitivity-Detection-Testing-Sensor-Module/dp/B01FJC12XW/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1484162662&sr=8-2&keywords=mq131)), a temperature & humidity sensor(DHT22 (https://www.adafruit.com/product/393)), and an 16x2 LCD.

I want to be able to power all of these enough, especially the MQ-131 which requires 6V to heat up, so are there any tutorials perfect for this type of circuit? Any tips you guys can give through here would also be appreciated!
