As far as I can tell it is a high power nRF24 with an antenna. If I wanted one of them I would buy it. So far I have only needed the low power versions like in your first link.
Don't worry, those are NRF24L01+PA+LNA. They might not be original (straight from Nordic), but I guess since schematics are in the open public, any Chinese or some other company can make them.
They also work the same!
I LOVE fakes! Sooooooo cheap, yet they do the same job!
Just to add to the OP's original question, I guess if the advertised board is said to be nrf24l01 and the chip in the PCB says so, you are fine. Just test using Robin's Simple NRF24L01 Tutorial/Demo.
