This is an image of a Nrf24L01
But there is an antenna module which I don't know if it is a Nrf24L01 or just a shield.
In this image this is a Nrf24L01 with an antenna or just an antenna accessory?
I know it's a dumb question but I was not born taught >_<
You can get nRF24L01+ modules with an antenna like that. They have a higher transmission power for longer range.
There is not enough detail in the image to be certain it is an nRF24 but if you have been told that it is then that is probably correct.

In this website (banggood), they say it is a "Wireless module with antenna NRF24L01+PA+LNA", can you please confirm if it is a Nrf24L01 module there?
As far as I can tell it is a high power nRF24 with an antenna. If I wanted one of them I would buy it. So far I have only needed the low power versions like in your first link.

That's the same ones I got from eBay.
Don't worry, those are NRF24L01+PA+LNA. They might not be original (straight from Nordic), but I guess since schematics are in the open public, any Chinese or some other company can make them.
They also work the same!

But you are right. Those fakes steal jobs and profit from Arduino and Nordic (in this situation)
Just to add to the OP's original question, I guess if the advertised board is said to be nrf24l01 and the chip in the PCB says so, you are fine. Just test using Robin's Simple NRF24L01 Tutorial/Demo.
Don't forget that this site is funded by the sales of official Arduino products. Yet people go and buy the clones, fakes, etc and then expect help from the forum.
