Title: nb-IoT module
Post by: geologic on Oct 10, 2018, 02:13 pm
Hi guys

I've done some prototypes using SIM800 modules to send data from my sensors to the cloud (HTTP post to a webserver).

Now i want to try LPWAN so i'm looking for nb-IoT modules to do some tests (to work in europe).
It will be battery powered, so i'm looking for low power capabilities (PSM and eDRX).

I saw some modules based on these chip, and i'm looking for some advices, if anyone have used any of these:

- Simcom SIM7000 / SIM7020 (SIM7000 has GPS, i don't need it)
- Quectel BC95
- u-blox SARA-N2

Regards
