What arduino do you have and how many LEDS  are you going to use?

Look on the Teensy forums. There are some very impressive examples there.

Video is difficult. Can you start with something easier like Christmas lights to check the hardware is working first?

What is it exactly you want to achieve, what did you try already?

Have you already been playing with one of the Neopixel/WS2812 libraries?

As Morgan already mentioned, displaying large amount of pixels is better to be done with a Teensy, altough the coding is quite comparable with a Arduino, those boards are being way more capable of handling large amounts of Neopixels.

If you've got no experience with the Neopixels at all yet, I'd suggest you to start with a Arduino and a small amount of Neopixels. You might wanna have a look at this: https://randomnerdtutorials.com/guide-for-ws2812b-addressable-rgb-led-strip-with-arduino/ (https://randomnerdtutorials.com/guide-for-ws2812b-addressable-rgb-led-strip-with-arduino/)

Have a look at it, give it a try, and let us know what you've learned and still want to know.
