Title: Is anyone having java issues with the Arduino IDE?
Post by: cappy2112 on Jan 31, 2012, 08:02 pm

If I leave the arduino IDE run for just a few hours these messages are displayed.

I'm running on Windowx XP SP3, 32-Bit

Arduino IDE is 0023.

I haven't upgraded to 1.0 because it requires some changes to my project code,
and I need to finish debugging my project first.

It shows errors whenever I try to open serial monitor without having an arduino attached.

Is there a problem? Can you still upload code?

I would (seemingly) get those same error messages.  It was one of the reasons I migrated to Eclipse.

I have an Arduino attached when those messages are displayed.
I haven't tried it at the point when the messages occur.
I had a test running and I didn't want to stop it.
