I'm referring to the forum about my problem because the Arduino store support form isn't working and I have no way of contacting support without it.
I purchased the Arduino starter kit a few days ago, it was en route to be delivered on the the 4th (2-4-16), but it never made it here. I checked the tracking number and it said incorrect label this company labeled my address wrong! I found this out because I called USPS wanting to know why my tracking number said incorrect label and they told me that they couldn't deliver the package because the address was labeled incorrectly; it was missing one digit of my three digit apartment number really? so they are shipping it back to the sender. I entered my shipping address correctly when I purchased the kit and my proof is the confirmation email which list the three digit apartment number. I'm very upset that someone could miss something so important.
Hopefully customer service gets back to me soon.
