Title: Approved Arduino Shield.
Post by: Huitzyl on Nov 20, 2018, 09:57 pm
I has searched about this in many places this month and cannot find a simple straight answer, my question is:

If one have developed a new shield, ┬┐Is there a way of making it "Arduino Approved"?, and if the answer is yes, What are the steps or requisites for that end?

Thanks to all in advance.

There is an "Arduino At Heart" program (http://www.arduino.cc/en/ArduinoAtHeart/Products) but that is for products that use a microcontroller with official Arduino support. So that wouldn't apply to a shield.

I think your best lead for pursuing this is stated on the contact page:

I don't think I've ever seen anyone claiming to sell an "approved" shield...
