Hello evryone :smiley-mr-green:
I am using Arduino IDE 1.9.0 beta, and i have problem with uploading AlSoftSerial.h to my arduino d1 esp8266 module. I got error :
Code: [Select]

C:\Users\User\Documents\Arduino\libraries\AltSoftSerial\config/AltSoftSerial_Boards.h:136:2: error: #error "Please define your board timer and pins"

#error "Please define your board timer and pins"

  ^

Is there some alternatives for AltSoftSerial? I want to use  AI  A6 GSM module with  standard serial comunicatio for debuging and atsoftserial for gsm module. Thanks anyway

Juraj

esp8266 has a SoftwareSerial library. the AltSoftSerial library doesn't support esp8266
You can't write an Arduino sketch if you didn't learn programming. Not the language, but the concepts of programming - algorithms and data types.
