While installing arduino-connector through https://create.arduino.cc/getting-started/intel-platforms. Getting:

We were not able to establish a connection between the Arduino Create and your Intel®-based Platform. Make sure your Platform is correctly connected to Internet and you have filled out the Proxy Settings if you are behind Proxy.

I have properly filled proxy and other detail but still getting the same problem.

Also tried to install directly on upsquared but getting below issue:


Generate private key
Generate csr
Request certificate
2018/04/24 05:09:13 requestCert - POST https://api2.arduino.cc/devices/v1/********:8bef555d-b36f-41a7-88f3-7a5774ef2531: expected 200 OK, got 401 Unauthorized

Generate private key to dump in:  certificate.key
Generate csr
Request certificate to dump in:  certificate.pem
2020/01/01 14:00:43 requestCert - POST https://api2.arduino.cc/iot/v1/devices/<my-id>: expected 200 OK, got 412 Precondition Failed

May I request help to resolve the issue.
