Updates to Time and DS1307

I made a lot of changes to the time Library, the DS1307 code and the examples. Too many issues to recall them all.

Maybe whoever looks after the libraries can look at the code and see what they can use. I suspect people might appreciate the add-ons including access to the Square wave oscillator and the memory on the RTC chip.
