Does anybody know if I will able to use Arduino Create (on a chromebook) to code an adafruit? I'm an amature so I apologize if I'm coming off as dumb. I'm reading I would have to download adafruit libraries and downloading on a chromebook is not possible...I think.

an adafruit what ? and what is wrong with a chromebook that you cannot download libraries ? isn't Arduino create fully cloud-based ?
To 'Correct' you have to be Correct. (and not be condescending..)

I agree that it's not clear what you're asking.

All the libraries in the Arduino Library Manager are pre-installed in the Arduino Web Editor (AKA "Arduino Create") and pretty much every Adafruit library is in the Library Manager. For any library that is not pre-installed, you can easily import it into the Arduino Web Editor (where it will be stored for you on Arduino's server, not your computer).
