hi i need to add following to mega 2560
1 lan enc28j60
2 bluetooth hc-05
3 wireless nf24l01
4 rfid rc522
5 finger print scanner r307
6 display oled
7 keypad 4x4
8 rtc ds3231
9 sd card catalex v1.0 11/01/2013
10 wifi esp8266

is it ok to add all the spi modules in parallel on one mega 2560, if yes then what precautions need to be taken.

as mega has multiple serial ports, will that be helpful

i am new to arduino, was just fiddling, have been able to run the spi devices connected one at a time.

also one more though can i use the serial ports on mega AS SPI

HI YOU CAN USE SOFT SPI AND SELECT EACH DEVICE ADDRESS BUT WHEN YOU ARE POLLING SWITCHING SPEED IS SLOW

The modules you have shared are not all SPI modules, few of them are serial modules and few are I2C modules. You can easily interface all these modules with Arduino Mega 2560.

Arduino Mega 2560 has enough Serial Ports so you don't need to create software serial but it only has 1 SPI Port so here for second SPI module you need to create software SPI.
