Topic: Processing multiple images on one Raspberry pi board (Read 72 times) previous topic - next topic

Hi. I'm developing a project where I need to record with two different cameras, both at 720p60 and process at the same time the images. The main idea is to follow the movement of an object and calculate it's trajectory. Since the raspberry pi boards admit just one camera per board (raspberry pi camera v2) I decided to go for that, one board per camera. I was wondering if I could use a raspberry pi 3b+ for the image processing of both cameras, and raspberry pi zero for only acquiring the image of the second camera and sending it to the 3b+. If this is not the best option, what would you recommend?
Thanks!

While someone here may have an answer, be aware that this is an Arduino forum so you may not get an answer to your question as quickly as you may on a Rpi forum.
