im using arduino ide 1.8.9, i use esp8266. i try to upload it many times but it still show the same error.

is the esp8266 in flashing mode activated by io 0 pulled down at boot?
what esp8266 module/board you use and how did you wire it and connect to USB?
You can't write an Arduino sketch if you didn't learn programming. Not the language, but the concepts of programming - algorithms and data types.

i use nodemcu ep8266, i connect esp8266 to multiplexer 3-to-8 Line Decoder

on NodeMCU it is done automatically
