I think ordinary white reflectors will work.  They're made to reflect back in the source direction.

if you are trying to use a PIR sensor to detect motion beyond a glass window make sure that the glass used in the window is a toughened or tempered glass. that is the only commonly available glass that allows the frequency of if IR emitted by human body to pass through
