i bought Arduino Ethernet W/ PoE + USB2SERIA
and i have some error like "avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00"
and i check my board i see short curcit http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/18/dsc0058sw.jpg/
this soldering is correct or not ?

You can compare the photos. I think it the solder should not connect those two.

Based on the schematic, it appears to be 5V and RX are bridged [on your board].  

Those pins should not be bridged.
