5th edition?

I searched the forum for 5th edition, it didn't get much luck. I've heard learning C++ is easier if you read what's referred to as the "5th edition" but there are many "5th editions" out there. Does anyone have the author or the book?

Yep, that's the latest I had downloaded also, back in August 2011.

It wasn't an Arduino specific book as far as I understand. It was simply a C++ book. Thanks for the link though. That'll give me plenty of reading material while I'm in the "library."

Google "5th Edition C++" - you'll find a ton of books under that title. I'd hazard a guess that it was either:

or

Personally, I am biased toward the former, rather than the latter, but that is only because I still have my edition when I studied C++ for a local community college course.

I'd seen a dozen of them on amazon. Just not sure which author it was people liked the best. The second one looks pretty good. Thanks guys.
