No, only possible with multiple wireless network adapters, or in theory with multi-radio adapters. Yun has build in one,  add one more usb wifi adapter.

can you, though, force both? can you make the Yun act as an Access Point while connected to your home router, for example, through the ethernet?

thank you so much for your replies. it will take me some time to absorb what you recommended since i am still pretty new. but i guess the simple answer is "no. but maybe with some serious tweak."
