I have checked all the basic things and cannot get my UNO to be recognized by PIDORA it keeps saying it cannot find device on COM1.

I have added my user to /dev/tty.. and the other group mentioned in the notes or a web page I have lost in my searching... Under tools the serial device selection menu is greyed out.

NOTE: at first run of the program it suggested I add user to the lock group (which I did) and the error went away.
The serial device selection menu is still greyed out.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: The board does work as I have used it with a computer running Ubuntu Ultimate (both working well).

Any help would be appreciated.

Does PIDORA support USB Modems and/or Serial Ports?
